Meet Our Doctors

Allen L. Iseri, MD, attended Harvey Mudd College and majored in Chemistry.  He went to medical school at the University of Southern California and did his internship and residency training at Children's Hospital of Los Angeles.  From there Dr. Iseri took a fellowship in Genetics and Inherited Diseases at LA CountyUSC Medical Center.  In August of 1984 he established Eclipse Medical Group in Anaheim Hills, and in 2001 opened an office in Corona.  Dr. Iseri is a board certified pediatrician and has practiced in Orange County since 1977.

Patti Iseri, PNP, MSN, RN, received her RN license in New York, in 1973.  She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from C.W. Post College in Long Island, New York.  She received her Master of Science in Nursing and Nurse Practitioner training at California State University, Long Beach.  Patti Iseri previously worked in hospital Emergency Departments, ICUCCUs, Newborn Nurseries, School Districts, and Private Practices.  She has previously held titles such as:  Assistant Head Nurse, Director of Cardiac Rehabilitation Program, Nurse Therapist, and Director of the School Based Health Clinic as Nurse Practitioner in Anaheim City School District.  Patti Iseri did her Master Thesis on AIDS education in 6th grade elementary school children.

Jeffrey Messinger, MD, received a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry at Rutgers University in New Jersey.  Dr. Messinger went to medical school at Jefferson Medical College in Pennsylvania.  He completed his pediatric internship and residency at the University of California, Irvine.  Dr. Messinger is a board certified pediatrician.

Ali Halati, MD, received a Bachelor of Science in Biology at the University of California, Los Angeles.  Dr. Halati completed his medical degree at Tufts University School of Medicine in Massachusetts.  He did his internship and residency at the University of California, Irvine.  Dr. Halati is a board certified pediatrician.

Deborah Hill, MD, received a Bachelor of Science Degree and a Master’s Degree in Microbiology at Oral Roberts University, Oklahoma.  Dr. Hill attended Loma Linda Medical School in California and completed her pediatric internship and residency at Loma Linda University Medical Center.  She participated in international medical relief work in Guatemala, Honduras, Mexico, South Africa, Malawi and India.  She worked directly with patients and set up telemedicine programs for rural physicians.  Dr. Hill is a board certified pediatrician and has practiced in Orange County since 2000. 

Lisa Gershman, attended University of California, Davis and majored in Biological Sciences, concentrating in Neuroscience, Physiology and Behavior.  She went to medical school at the University of California, Irvine, where she completed her pediatric residency training. Dr. Gershman is a board certified pediatrician.

Dr. Jennifer Tucker, received a Bachelor of Science in Zoology at the University of California, Santa Barbara, California.  She completed her medical training at Uniformed Services University in Bethesda, Maryland.  Dr. Tucker did her internship and residency at the Naval Hospital in Oakland, California.  Dr. Tucker is a board certified pediatrician.

Rebecca John, R.N., C.P.N.P., received her RN license, Bachelor of Science in Arizona State University, in 2011.  She received her Master of Science in Nursing and Nurse Practitioner training at California State University, Long Beach. Rebecca John previously worked at Cedar’s Sinai Medical Center, as a Clinical Nurse supervisior.  She floated to intensive care units when needed.  In her past, Rebecca as an AmeriCorps volunteer, created and worked in a program for a South-East Los Angeles clinic group, where she helped low-income single mothers, with a wide range of services, including women’s health clinic services and care for the elderly patients.  Rebecca, goes “above and beyond” for her patients. Rebecca John is a Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner.
